1. Dates of travel have already passedHopefully you have just returned from a fabulous holiday ... Unfortunately, you will not be able to log-in to view and manage any bookings where the travel dates have passed. However, you can still log-in to your booking whilst you are on holiday, to check your itinerary details.
2. Holiday is booked with a different brandIf you have booked with a specific brand, you will need to visit the 'Manage my booking' site for that brand in order to log-in to your booking. Follow the links below for the different brands.
3. Holiday was booked with a non-Virgin Holidays travel agencyIf you have booked your holiday via a third party travel agency ie. with a non-Virgin Holidays branded travel agent like Thomas Cook, you will not be able to log-in to view or manage your booking online. Please contact your travel agency for information on your itinerary, payment queries or booking amendments.
4. Booking set upUnfortunately, sometimes the way your booking has been made can cause small errors in our system that stop you from logging into your booking. There's nothing wrong with your booking - just that the set up has been done slightly differently. If have problems please contact us so that we can straighten out your booking so that you can manage it online.
