The lead customer is the person that made the booking. Sometimes, due to the complexity of a booking it's not possible to log in. Give it a go, but if you have a problem please contact us.

So what can you do online?

  • View your booking View and print your booking itinerary, as well as all customer information, a cost breakdown and your payment history.
  • Pay your balance online Pay part or all of your outstanding balance here. Simply log-in and click on the 'Make a payment' link. Please note, that a handling fee will be applied to all credit card payments but all debit card payments are free of charge.
  • View your ticket status Getting close to departure time? Log-in and see when to expect your tickets.
